SPOT-UV
Spot-UV is a screen printing process that is gaining popularity in the design and packaging markets for its ability to provide stunning results in making designs stand out from the crowd.
Using high speed, automatic cylinder Spot-UV presses, we applies a clear gloss, pigmented, or matt coating to specific areas of a design to enhance its features, sometimes producing a 3D effect. It can be applied directly onto the print or on top of a matt lamination. Specific patterns can be incorporated into the design in clear gloss, such as linen, leather or dew drops which gives the whole design another dimension. Texture-UV
This type of finish creates a wrinkle-like or orange peel appearance. With these coatings, printers can spot-apply or coat entire areas to provide dimensional finishes that can range from the look of leather to frosted glass.
